General terms and conditions of sale

By purchasing on the www.leccoboats.it site, the user confirms that he or she has read and accepted the following conditions of sale:

• Only the services listed in the information sheet relating to the chosen product are included.
  It is recommended to carefully read the “useful information” section of the chosen service for any specific requirements and/or restrictions.
• All services are carried out with boats in accordance with the law and qualified personnel, in compliance with all the safety requirements of the nautical code;
• The service is also carried out in case of bad weather, except in cases of force majeure that do not allow it to run smoothly. No refunds are provided for cancellations due to bad weather by users.
• For reasons of force majeure (weather conditions, lake level, events and/or exhibitions, …), the itinerary may be modified, even without notice, with alternative solutions, keeping the duration and quality of the service unchanged or cancelled; In the event of cancellation, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• For all services, check-in is 15 minutes before departure. No refund is provided in case of delay. However, it will be possible to access the next tour at no extra charge, subject to availability after boarding of all booked passengers.
• Reservations are strongly recommended especially on holidays and pre-holidays. The age of the children can be checked on departure and, if different from what is stated in the booking, payment of the difference will be required.
• Children and young people up to 14 years of age can travel only if accompanied by at least one adult who is responsible for surveillance, in order to avoid dangerous situations, hindrance to the activities of the crew or disturbance to other passengers.
• During navigation, it is the responsibility of passengers to maintain a cautious and responsible behavior, scrupulously respecting the instructions of the on-board staff; it is absolutely forbidden to throw any object into the lake; it is necessary to use the recycling bins on board.
• At its sole discretion, the crew may prevent access on board to passengers who, even if they have made the reservation and payment, show conditions of psychophysical alteration or improper behavior that may put their safety or that of other passengers at risk during the journey.
• Guests with disabilities are welcome but accessibility to boats can be complicated depending on weather conditions and/or lake level; Please specify in your booking the type of assistance required to verify its feasibility.
• The transport of animals is not allowed for all services, except for assistance dogs which must be equipped with a leash and muzzle. Small dogs and cats (maximum 8 kg.) They can only be transported if they are housed in the appropriate carrier.
• Lecco Boats is not responsible in case of loss of personal items forgotten on board.
• Unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet, cancellation and/or modification without penalty is allowed up to 48 hours before departure; No refund for later cancellation or in case of no show on departure.
• Any notice or complaint must be sent by email within 30 days of the date of service to info@leccoboats.it
