What happens in case of bad weather?

What should I do in case of emergency?

Reservations and purchase
What payment methods are accepted?
For online booking, payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard circuit) is required;
At boarding it is possible to pay by credit or debit card or in cash.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet, cancellation and/or modification without penalty is allowed up to 48 hours before departure; No refund for later cancellation or in case of no show on departure.

The booking/purchase of the tour on the motorboat does not include the assignment of a specific seat or the guarantee of a seat.

The tour on the Cicogna motorboat is suitable for children and adults of any age; Children must be supervised by the adults accompanying them in order to avoid situations of danger, obstruction of the activities of the crew or disturbance to other passengers
Is the tour on the Cicogna motorboat suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The Cicogna motor ship is accessible along a floating pier and a ladder with 3 steps, therefore it is necessary to check the degree of mobility of users to access safely. Please contact us to assess individual situations.
Can I bring luggage or strollers on board?
On board it is possible to bring one small piece of hand luggage per person; There is no luggage storage. Strollers can be boarded and parked on the crew’s instructions.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Small dogs and cats (maximum 8 kg.) They can only be transported if housed in the appropriate carrier; personal assistance dogs are always allowed, equipped with a leash and muzzle.
Can I bring food and drinks on board?
Small drinks (snacks, sandwiches, etc.) and non-alcoholic drinks can be brought on board; The utmost attention is required not to dirty and to collect any waste.
Are there life jackets on board?
On board there are life jackets for all passengers, to be used only on the instructions of the crew; Any improper use is subject to sanctions.
Is there a bathroom on board the motorboat?
On board there is a bathroom that can be used for urgent needs; For access, ask the crew.
Is it possible to rent the boat privately for a group?
It is possible to rent the entire boat (Cicogna motorboat) for private tours and events; For information and quotes, fill out the online request form.
Motorboat rental without driver
What is the minimum age to rent a speedboat?
The minimum age to enter into a motorboat rental agreement is 18 years old.
Do I need a boat license to rent a motorboat?
No, you don’t need a license to rent our motorboats.
What are the navigation rules to be respected?
When renting the motorboat, the rules of conduct and safety provided at the time of booking and signed with the contract must be respected.
Do I need a deposit for the rental?
Yes, for the rental of a motorboat without driver there is a deposit of € 200.00 which will be charged at the time of booking and refunded (in full or partially) after the rental, subject to verification of any penalties for delay, damage, loss of on-board equipment, etc.
Are driving instructions provided?
Yes, the delivery of the motorboat includes an information briefing on the operation of the vehicle and navigation rules; In addition, advice on recommended routes based on the rental time.
Can I stop and swim in the lake?
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to stop offshore and get off the motorboat to swim
Is fuel included in the rental?
Yes, fuel is included in the rental fee; The vehicle is delivered with a full tank.
